Today I want to preface four builds we currently have underway. We’ll go into more detail on them shortly. They show the breadth of work we undertake here at Darren Sander Builder. From a marquee build to a reno, a detached extension (granny flat) to a Funky Little Shack. These jobs highlight the versatile approach we bring to building.
238 Long Road

This eco-friendly home is one we’ve spoken about on this website before. Part of the mandate here is to build a kick-arse home with solid eco creds, something that can set an example and start a trickle down of technology onto other builds. As you can see from the image below, they’ve certainly got a great location for their new home. The views of the Gold Coast are quite breathtaking on a clear day.
We’re going to feature each of these builds in greater depth soon so I won’t go into too much details here. For now we’ll tell you that in the image above you can see the master bedroom to the left and the kitchen to the right. Extending out in front of them will be the swimming pool that reaches out toward the Gold Coast skyline. Below is the site from the opposite angle.
49 Licuala Drive

This build is a “detached extension”, what you might call a granny flat. It’s a one bedroom, one bathroom building with cement cladding and louvre windows. Like any build we committ to, we build maticulously and maintain an eye for detail.
61 Bartle Road

This one is a beautiful home set in equally beautiful grounds in Tamborine North. The owners are updating what is already a lovely home, making it into a truly spectacular, welcoming and modern home.
